In Norse mythology, Freyja (Old Norse for "Lady") is a goddess associated with love, sex, beauty, fertility, gold, seiðr (Norse magic), war, and death. She is the owner of the necklace known as Brísingamen and a chariot which is pulled by her two cats. She is also accompanied by a boar known as Hildisvini and wears a cloak made of falcon feathers.
